Olympic Meats Marrickville is bringing the heat being a premium dine in and take away charcoal restaurant specialising in spit roasted Greek style BBQ meats and freshly baked woodfire pita breads! 

We are on the hunt for Casual & full time FOH staff. The team behind the venue are a group of young, energetic & passionaite individuals who live for a purpose. We are constantly striving to go the extra mile to create fantastic experiences and a can do attitude and always wanting to learn and grow.

As a FOH staff member you will be responsible for running the register/POS in taking take away orders and delivering them to the customers. In addition to this when time allows, to assist the FOH waitstaff with help with table sercvice. Flexibility to adapt to any rople within the business when required. 

Job description

-Assist in the running of a fast paced dine in and take away restaurant. 

-Using the POS system to take take away orders, and ensure they are fulfiled.

-Maintain OHS and food safety regulations 

-Drive repeat business in store with great customer service skills.

What we need from you

-flexiblity to adapt to any role within the business when required 

-Good customer service standard 

-Ability to work under pressure

-Available for weekend work

-Friendly and outgoing personality

We are a small and energetic team and we will provide on site training. We will be providing staff training in the coming weeks for out opening in late Febuary.
